Changeover day is normally Saturday and based on bookings of at least one week. All year availability and we can be flexible on both changeover day and short breaks. Pets are not permitted.
Bookings can be secured on receipt of the completed booking form with a deposit of 20% of the total charge. The balance is to be paid 1 month prior to the arrival date.
A refundable £300 security deposit is to be provided on arrival.
The rental charge is inclusive of the use of water, electricity, household cleaning staples, supply of bed linen and bath and pool towels and exclusive use of the pool.
The rental figures above are for guidance and the exact rate will be provided in response to the booking enquiry.
